Only days ago, Justin Bieber shocked his fans when he unveiled a new haircut.
But those expecting to see the singer's new shaved sides and a sweeping fringe outside his Amsterdam hotel on Saturday were in for a disappointment.
The Canadian star, 19, kept his new locks under his baseball cap as he chatted to fans outside the Conservatorium Hotel in the Dutch capital.

The star made sure to stop for fans as he headed to the venue for his next concert on his Believe World Tour in Arnhem - 100 kilometres away.
The Dutch leg of his world tour came as it was revealed Justin had signed a reported $3.75million deal to be the spokesman for a new pre-paid debit card aimed at teenagers.
San Diego, Californian-based firm SpendSmart Payments Co announced on Friday that Justin would headline a new advertorial series called Real Talk.

Still going: The teenager is over halfway through his 10-month long world tour

The company hope its pre-paid cards will educate families and teenagers to develop sensible spending habits.
In the first video, Justin speaks about his attitude to money: 'You know when I was a kid, we didn’t have a lot of money, so me and my family had to watch the money that we spent.
'I learned if you have $100 or $100million, if you spend more than you have, you’re going to go broke.'

Of course, Justin is one of the richest teenagers in the world, earning $55million from 2011-2012, according to Forbes magazine.
Apparently Justin's 14 month SpendSmart deal will see him earned $3.75milion, plus potential monthly royalties linked to the growth of SpendSmart cards.
