The 34-year-old revealed her bony back as she attended the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute Gala on Monday night in New York City.

The Dawson's Creek favourite was helped up the stairs to the famous museum by a suited and booted usher.
This is the second time Katie has attended the Met Ball.
